What You Need to Know

1. Concessions are managed in HQ, and fans purchase concessions in Box Office. You must download the new version of Box Office to access this feature. The new Box Office app is purple. This feature is accessible to any user of a school that's a Box Office customer and has the ability to add or edit school events.
2. You now have the option to create a concessions event in HQ. You can select the gender, level, sport, and event length. We encourage you to create longer concessions events to reuse throughout the season. To distinguish your Concessions sales from Ticket sales, be sure to include the word "Concessions" in the name of the event.
3. You can add custom concessions and assign prices for each item.

Setting up your digital concession stand is just as easy as creating events with GoFan. You and your event staff can add and edit items in seconds on any device.
