Get a DemoNo. GoFan uses Stripe for payment processing. The district will not be required to create an account or maintain a contract with Stripe. There is no additional setup required. You simply need to add your business information and bank account.
Both GoFan and Stripe are PCI compliant. PCI and SOC reports are available upon request.
GoFan will maintain a no-refund policy on your behalf. If you would like to authorize refunds, the GoFan system has the capability to issue refunds for full events or individual ticket buyers. GoFan will refund the full purchase price, including all fees, back to the original form of purchase.

GoFan requires an email address during the purchase process. The school does have the option to collect student data such as name, phone, student ID, etc.
No. GoFan offers both iOS and Android (coming soon) apps. Ticket buyers are not required to have an app to successfully buy or use GoFan tickets. Fans can purchase tickets with a web browser at gofan.co.
Yes. With GoFan Box Office, schools can process onsite card payments for tickets with iPads and card readers. In fall 2023, schools will be able to process payments for concessions with an iOS device.
