Financial Hub: Easy Post-Event Management

• Quickly search and find the financial data you need by date or event ID to help budget and forecast accurately.
• Access high-level and individual reports on tickets sold, event attendance, and revenue received to meet all state and audit requirements.

New Enhancements to the Financial Hub

Although the Financial Hub was already the answer to all your financial headaches, it just got better! You now have access to see a bigger picture of your financial data.

With the addition of Financial Performance, schools can now view overall sales, payments, and unpaid balances for events and seasons in a given time frame!

Schools can:

1. EXPLORE: View net sales, payouts, and unpaid balances, as well as expected payout dates for unpaid balances.
2. FILTER: Drill down by activity, gender, or level and a specific timeframe.
3. DOWNLOAD: You can quickly download the data powering each of the charts.
   
   

Financial Performance Insights

Here are other exciting additions to the Financial Hub to save even more time:

• CSVs are now available alongside PDF statements in HQ, so you can easily copy and paste data from an Excel view into your accounting system.
• GL codes can now be set up for each event or season and are made available in the payment CSV file to streamline your accounting process.
