What's new for GoFan? Faster access to tickets on your mobile devices

We want to provide fans with faster access to their tickets. We’ve changed the display for ticket check-out to give event attendees the option to enter their mobile phone numbers. This capability will allow fans to be able to receive their tickets automatically 2 hours before your event.

When checking out you will also see four icons for faster access to add your event to your calendar, email your tickets, transfer your tickets, and even share.

These new capabilities will include:

  • Event reminders 2 hours before the event to users that have chosen to sign up to receive text notifications
  • Access to tickets faster right on your mobile device
  • Faster access to transfer and email your tickets
  • Quick access to share the event

We want to provide our users with the most effortless way possible to get into the events that matter to you. Having the option to text their tickets automatically lets them spend less time looking for their tickets and more time enjoying the event. GoFan is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and we will continue to provide you with the best experience.
