New in GoFan HQ: Create Secure Private Links

We're expanding the capabilities in GoFan HQ to bring you the best platform for all of your needs. Currently, users can create multiple links for an event:  the main event link, school-specific link(s), and ticket-specific private link(s). This gives you the ability to generate and share links with fans, being as restrictive (or non-restrictive) as needed. We’re now allowing more flexibility and customization when managing events, and we're giving schools the ability to edit their private link option(s) on an event that has already been created.

Let’s say you've forgotten to create a private link for an upcoming event. Now you can just go to the edit event section to create a private link in three quick steps:

1. Click on the three dots to the right of the event that you want to create a private link for.
2. Click next at the bottom of the first two pages.
3. On the last page, you'll see the below view. This is where you can either turn the toggle off or on to "create unique links." Here you can copy the unique links and send them out to your specified ticket types.

This latest feature allows you to provide hidden access to events for select groups of people. Let’s say you want to make sure your parents get 500 tickets, or the opponent gets a certain number of tickets, or maybe you want to offer a discounted price for a certain group of people without using a promo code. Private links are the answer to provide you with a more secure form of private ticket distribution.
